I was born in Brazil, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Psychobiology. I moved to Sweden in 2017 to work at Lund University. My research path in neuroscience started in 2009, and since then, it has been the focus of my career. My background encompasses a broad spectrum of skills, including neuroanatomy, immunohistochemistry, and electrophysiology, underpinned by a strong foundation in computational modeling and scientific communication.

My current role at the Insect Lab involves performing electrophysiology experiments in insects, working on Amira reconstructions, conducting histological investigations, and analyzing data.
